Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight, size and destination of your order. The best way to determine shipping cost is to fill your cart with the goodies you'd like and then hit the "Check out" button. Once you've entered your shipping address, the available shipping options and fees will be displayed.

Processing Time

Orders of in-stock (i.e., non-custom) items received by 10am CT typically ship the same business day. Occasionally, an item may be in production and take an extra business day or two to ship. Most custom orders ship within 8-12 business days following proof approval. 

Time in Transit

All orders ship from our studio in Birmingham, Alabama. Standard shipping within the domestic US typically takes 2 to 6 business days. Need it faster? Choose expedited shipping at checkout or contact us. Standard Overnight and 2-Day shipping methods deliver Monday through Friday only. Orders that include expedited shipping that are placed before 2pm CT Monday through Friday will ship out the same day as long as all items are in stock. Standard Overnight and 2-Day shipments to remote areas may take additional shipping time. Expedited shipping options for custom items will not decrease production time for order; only transit time will decrease.

You are responsible for submitting correct address information when placing an order as well as for collecting the shipment at the delivery location (i.e., mail box, post office, etc.). If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect address information or failure to collect at the delivery location, you will have the option of paying for reshipment or receiving a refund for the items returned, less shipping charges.

International Shipping

We are delighted to offer international shipping options. Shipping fees vary based on the destination, weight and size of your order. You are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country and for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. The recipient will be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Any fees or delays that may occur are outside of our control.
