I have an on-going theme with my team that they earn "gold stars" for good work. It started out as a joke, but turned into my way of showing them my gratitude with little gold star treats. Even though we have all moved on...I sent each of them one of these sets to remind them of their worth and amazing work. This was the perfect little treasure!
