Ordering & Payment Terms

  • Opening order minimum is $150. Reorder minimum is $100.
  • Order payment is required prior to shipping, either through check, PayPal or credit card. Goods ship after check clears. Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee.
  • Please provide TAX ID # when placing an opening order.
  • Net 30 terms may be offered to retailers with an established relationship with Night Owl Paper Goods.
  • All orders are final and may not be cancelled.

Batch Requirements

  • 3 qty min per style: Notebooks, Jotters, Gift Sets, Keychains, Enamel Pins, Pin Sets & Calendars
  • 4 qty min per style: Box Cards: Everyday & Holiday
  • 6 qty min per style: Single Cards, Ornaments, Stickers & Bookmarks
  • 12 qty min per style: Single Pens

Shipping

  • Most orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you have a preferred shipping method, please let us know in the Special Instructions field.
  • Most orders ship in 1-3 business days. Orders containing custom items ship in 10-15 business days.
    Please notify us of requested ship dates or time-sensitive orders.

Shortages/Damages

  • Buyer must notify Night Owl Paper Goods of any shortages within 5 days.
  • Damage claims must be filed with shipper.
