Shipping Policy

Orders of non-custom items are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days from when they are placed. Occasionally, an item may be on back-order requiring a few more days to complete processing. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of the order. Standard shipping methods via United Parcel Service is 2 to 6 days. You are responsible for submitting correct address information when placing an order as well as for collecting the shipment at the delivery location (i.e., mail box, post office, etc.). If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect address information or failure to collect at the delivery location, you will have the option of paying for reshipment or receiving a refund for the items returned, less shipping charges.

Privacy Policy

Night Owl Paper Goods respects your privacy. Any personal information that you offer during your visit to
our store is strictly between us. It won't be shared, rented, sold or lent to anyone else. Personal information provided is only used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package
to your address.

Security

When you shop on line at Night Owl Paper Goods, rest assured that your privacy has been protected.
Our secured socket layer (ssl) uses the latest, industry-standard 128-bit encryption technology to ensure
that your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card number) stays out of the
wrong hands, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system.

Return Policy

At Night Owl Paper Goods we take great pride in our products and are committed in providing you with the best possible service. Returns of non-custom products are gladly accepted within two weeks for store/website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. (Please see below for information on custom and personalized product returns.)

All returned items must be returned in original and unused condition. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with the return merchandise.

If you have placed an order for a custom or personalized product that you no longer wish for us to fulfill and it has been no more than 45 days from the order date, we will gladly accommodate your request according to the guidelines below:

• If digital proofs have not yet been delivered, you can choose to receive a refund of the order amount less 10% of the original order subtotal OR a store/website credit for the full amount of the original order.
• If digital proofs have been delivered, you can choose to receive a refund of the order amount less the sum of $45 per proof + 10% of the original order subtotal OR a store/website credit for the order amount less the sum of $45 per proof.
• If you have approved your digital proofs, your order is non-refundable. Depending on where the order is in the production cycle, store/website credit may be available. We will be happy to assist you with your request and do our best to offer a satisfactory solution.

After 45 days from the order date, your order is considered non-refundable and no refunds will be made.

Sales Tax

Alabama residents will be charged a 10% sales tax. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

Out of Stock

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item is unavailable. In this case, please feel free to email us about your interest in our products and we'll notify you by email the date the item is expected back in stock.

We would like to extend abundant gratitude to our clients for allowing us to use their artwork, photography, text and finished products as samples, website imagery, promotional materials and displays. Artwork, Photo and Content Permissions

As a Night Owl Paper Goods account holder, you may submit content for print, including photography, artwork, text and the like. You are solely responsible for your own content and the consequences of submitting and printing your content. You affirm, represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to publish content you submit. Likewise, you license to Night Owl Paper Goods all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to such content for reproduction, distribution and promotional purposes.

For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your content. However, by submitting content to Night Owl Paper Goods you hereby grant Night Owl Paper Goods permission to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of and display the content in connection with our products, services and website. Content may be used for but limited to the following: samples, website imagery, promotional materials and displays in retail stores and trade shows.

You may expressly decline permission to use your content for such purposes during the custom digital proof approval process or by custom [at] nightowlpapergoods [dot] com (emailing us, Content Use Permission Declined).

Night Owl Paper Goods does not endorse any content displayed in online images or samples or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein, and Night Owl Paper Goods expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with content. Night Owl Paper Goods does not permit copyright-infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights, and we will remove such content if properly notified of the infringement on another's intellectual property rights. Night Owl Paper Goods reserves the right to remove or discontinue use of any content without prior notice.
