Bee Raw's Buckwheat Honey is a stout and complex honey. It can be compared to other sweeteners such as sorghum or molasses. Hints of mossy earth and a not-so-sweet composition combine to develop a malty flavour with a pronounced bright finish.
Enjoy the pure and simple flavor of raw, unfiltered, single varietal honeys, supplied by American family-owned apiaries dedicated to sourcing organically and protecting bee populations. Indulge in the sweetness of this honey in your teas, smoothies, fruits, and healthy snacks.

FACT: When honey is crystallized, does that mean it’s “bad”?
NO. Honey does not go bad. Most honey will crystallize over time, meaning you can’t see through it anymore, and it becomes less liquid and more solid. This is a natural process for honey, and will happen sooner in some than in others. This is a GOOD thing. It means the honey you bought is raw and of the finest quality. Processed honey takes forever to crystallize, because the pollen - and flavor - has been stripped out. To transform your honey back to a smoother liquid: take the lid off the jar, put it in a pot of hot (not boiling) water, and violà – it’s back in minutes.
